XENOFORM — INVASION

Forget everything you know about alien invasion games. You are not humanity's plucky resistance. You are the invasion — a xenoform tactical squad deployed by the Conclave to conquer Earth, one badly-organized incursion at a time.

Command your squad across 8 escalating incursions against a species whose primary defense mechanism appears to be staring at small glowing rectangles. Capture humans alive, drag them back to your secret polar base, and dissect them in the lab to unlock upgrades — all in the name of science, and also because Director Vrenn-12 needs something to put in the quarterly report.

TACTICAL COMBAT, EARTH EDITION

Turn-based squad tactics with fog of war, flanking, overwatch, and line-of-sight — the same toolkit humanity's finest tacticians would use, except now you're the one holding it. Capture civilians, sabotage installations, extract VIPs, and eventually defuse a nuclear silo before the humans do something regrettable with it (strict turn limit — the Conclave does not accept "we ran out of time" as an excuse).

GROW YOUR COMMAND

- Research a tech tree built from dissected human tissue (ethically dubious, bureaucratically mandatory)

- Clone reinforcements into your roster between missions

- Level up individual units and read their increasingly unhinged service dossiers

- Unlock Teleportation and Metamorphosis once the research budget allows

FOUR WAYS TO FAIL A QUARTERLY REVIEW

Choose Easy, Medium, Hard, or Impossible — each difficulty adjusts human accuracy, reinforcement waves, and how forgiving the turn limits are. Losing a mission ends the campaign. The Conclave does not do second chances. You do, though: three independent save slots, so you can run multiple invasions without the Director finding out about the failed one.

A WORLD THAT REMEMBERS

Unlock archive entries as you play — dissection reports, campaign history, and increasingly unhinged correspondence from a bureaucracy that has never actually set foot on Earth. Play the full campaign in English or French, switchable right from the title screen.

Command the invasion. Read the reports. Meet the deadline.

A couple of people tried the game, so what do you think about it?  Should I add more species and/or tech and/or missions? Or something else.  Any comment will be appreciated :)

Hey, i played the first level of your game and i really liked the concept! was it ur own or did u also use ai for it?

the controls felt a little sluggish and i wish the hud clearly showed how many moves my unit had or how many specimens ive captured. i had to guess-play in such occasions.
